Our History
Northfield Group was formed through the integration of Northfield Global Limited, PT Hydro Indonesia, Hydrosing Pte Limited, and the esteemed Australian engineering conglomerate KPL Group. Its roots trace back to 1922 when industrialist, Brigadier Walter Edmond Smith, MC & Bar, ED established the pioneering Australian engineering company, WE Smith Marine & General Engineer, which laid the foundation for what would become the
Northfield Group.
Today, we keep at the our pioneer spirit by investing in sustainable fair trading and energy transition, utilizing our extensive expertise to drive growth and innovation.
